Saturday 28th May 12:00 - 3:00PM
Eco-printing is an exciting introduction to the alchemy of dyeing with plants, and wonderful way of creating lasting prints with natural materials. In this workshop you will gain an understanding of how to use different types of leaves and natural fibres to create a variety of beautiful prints.
All materials are included and you will leave with two printed pieces of silk approximately 25cm x 1.1m and several small paper prints.
I love teaching natural dye processes and have run workshops for many organisations around Glasgow as well as hosting my own. Any public workshops I am teaching will be listed here, and you can follow me on instagram or sign up to my mailing list to be the first to know when these become available.
If you work for an organisation or are a group who would like to invite me to lead a workshop please get in touch and I’ll do my best to tailor a session to suit your requirements. Below are some images of the beautiful work produced by past workshop participants.
